Most of the cars I sell are entry-level or first-time buys, as well as more affordable classics, typically between 20 and 70 years old. Naturally, they come with age related wear, imperfections, and quirks that are part of their charm and character. Unfortunately, it is neither practical nor feasible to offer a warranty and the cars are sold 'AS IS' without warranty. This isn’t due to any known faults or an attempt to hide issues, it simply reflects the nature of classic car ownership. While I aim to describe each car honestly and transparently, it’s simply not possible to inspect or guarantee every component. Buyers should expect signs of previous repairs, general wear and tear, and the possibility that further work may be needed after purchase. Classic car ownership is a hobby, and maintenance and repairs are part of the experience. I always recommend inspecting the car in person to be sure it meets your expectations. Where a car is purchased without being viewed in person by the buyer, it will be deemed that the buyer has accepted the car in the same condition as if it had been inspected in person. All Terms & Conditions will apply in full, without exception. If in doubt, I strongly recommend you consult a suitably qualified expert before buying.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect the car and satisfy themselves as to its condition and suitability prior to purchase. In cases where a car is purchased without being viewed in person, it shall be deemed that the buyer has accepted the car in the same condition as if it had been inspected in person. All cars are sold strictly on a “sold as seen, tried, and tested” basis—including in cases of remote or sight-unseen purchases—without warranty, whether express or implied. Once the sale is complete and full payment has been received, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. The cars offered for sale are used vehicles and will show signs of age, wear, and tear. Buyers should expect ongoing maintenance and repairs as a normal part of ownership, possibly even immediately after purchase. While every effort is made to describe cars accurately, all descriptions—including mileage, specifications, and condition—are provided in good faith and do not form part of any binding contract. Each car is sold with clear title, and ownership transfers to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment. By purchasing a car from Cherryvalley Cars & Classics, the buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. Any dispute arising from the sale or purchase of a car shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
