Where a car is purchased without an in person inspection, it will be deemed that the Terms and Conditions have been received, read and accepted in full, and that the car has been inspected and approved.

All cars are sold as seen, without warranty or refund, reflecting their age, nature and price point.

These cars come from a different era and were built to different standards. They were not manufactured using modern computerised processes, robotics or advanced tooling and, in many cases, were constructed using materials that would not meet current standards.

Due to age and price point, it is not possible to identify or anticipate every issue, and further faults may exist of which we are unaware.
